Job Description:

As an IT Support Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the rest of the IT Support team to provide excellent support for our fellow OSIsoft employees. You will work with the latest IT technologies under the guidance of experienced IT Engineers and participate in projects that have direct impact on our day-to-day operations.

Some of what you’ll do:

• Develop your technical skill set in fields including (but not limited to):
  • Enterprise networking
  • Physical and virtual machine infrastructure
  • Unified communications
  • Microsoft Windows applications and infrastructure
  • IT security
• Work on challenging IT Projects that have a direct impact on the success of our team and the company

Qualifications:

• A customer-centric mindset and a desire to help people
• The enthusiasm for technical problem solving, with attention to detailed processes
• The ability to conduct independent research
• The personality to thrive in a team
• Strong professional communication skills
• You must be currently enrolled in a 4-year university program with a 3.0 GPA or higher
