- Review all invoices for supporting documentation and approval.
- Download, and enter invoices in NetSuite.
- Process 2-way and 3-way match invoices; resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
- Audit and record credit card, ACH, and wire transactions.
- Prepare and process weekly check run.
- Respond to vendor inquiries.
- Assist month-end close.
- Maintain, prepare, and file 1099 at year-end.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain W-9, W-8, vendor, and invoice files.
- 1 to 3 years Accounts Payable experience
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles.
- Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software; NetSuite experience preferred but not required
- Familiar with G-Suite and Gmail functionality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Intermediate in Excel Preferred).
