ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Project Manager, you will manage projects from definition to deployment. You will work with internal customers to define requirements and work with the engineering teams to develop project plans, user stories and estimate level of effort. You will track and direct prioritization, project status, schedule, and in some cases budgets. You will meet key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement across the projects you manage.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Manage project execution across multiple, globally distributed engineering teams
• Provide hands-on project management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
• Set goals and drive constant progress against them
• Perform risk assessment, risk mitigation, and change management on projects
• Prepare and present detailed, written technical information for internal and external stakeholders
• Must be comfortable presenting technical information to executive leaders
• Coordinate Go-To-Market Strategies for smooth, measured releases

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE

• S. in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in project or product management
• 2+ years experience managing multiple projects
• Experience managing projects with aggressive schedules
• Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable project milestones
• Proven track record of project ownership and driving results end-to end
• Well organized, pays attention to detail, methodical
• Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality

• Experience with Agile SDLC and Jira
• Familiarity with energy or financial markets and trading
• Professional Project Management Certification (CSM, CSPO, PMP)
