The selected candidate will work on Vietnam and be expected to undertake comprehensive bilateral surveillance, and prepare policy notes, management briefings, and Board documents. She/he will be expected to produce high quality analytical work that would inform the teams' policy recommendations, and cross-country analytical work that would feed into the department's research agenda, and its regional surveillance. She/he will also be asked to liaise regularly with functional departments on technical assistance, training, and surveillance issues. The selected candidate will also be involved in divisional/departmental work by contributing to or commenting on departmental and Fund-wide papers, and by participating in departmental working groups, conferences, and seminars.
