Job Description Job Description TurnAround is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor/Therapist to join our residential services team where we provide state-of-the-art trauma-focused treatment (evaluation, therapy, case management services) to children ages 13- 17 and their families in the aftermath of exposure to human trafficking and complex trauma. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations in addition to supporting trauma therapists’ work in providing trauma focused group/individual therapy to support child survivors that have experienced sexual violence. The Clinical Supervisor will also independently provide direct therapy services to an identified number of child survivors and provide direct supervision to master level clinicians and clinical level staff.
