Provide analysis and reporting of job status and performance to customer and management, as required, to ensure organizational goals are met and to meet customer requirements.

Prepares project schedule and maintain schedule throughout the project to include, at a minimum, monthly updates to be submitted with monthly pay applications.

Communicate effectively at all levels, both internal and external to the City, in order to obtain or provide information.

Manages and trains field personnel so that all projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the level of quality that conforms to original plans and specifications, to include all change orders.

Monitor roof installation with plans/specifications/manufacturers recommendations (install correct roof).

Develop three week look-ahead schedules weekly and communicate these schedules to the sub-contractors in the weekly meetings.
