Prepare staff meeting agendas, facilitate the staff team meetings, orients, trains and supervises the activities of the Assistant Residential House Manager and Direct Support staff.

Assist with the implementation of Individual Service Plans, including training in and/or execution on behalf of individuals in the areas of personal care, community integration, and communication, fine gross motor skills, money management, personal shopping, domestic skills, medication administration, behavior intervention, socialization, and use of community resources all while using a person centered approach.

Attend meetings with management personnel from other agencies and the Department of Developmental Services as requested by Residential House Manager.

Complete in a timely manner the New Hire and Annual Performance Appraisals of direct care staff for review by the Executive Director of Operations and the Director of Human Resources so that they are processed on time.
