It’s a decent place to gain experience. Training programs are structured and helpful, and cross-functional teamwork is highly valued. We worked with several different team members across engagements. Colleagues are polite but keep to themselves. We are always encouraged to share knowledge and learn from each other.

There are formal channels for submitting ideas, and good suggestions actually get implemented. Workload is manageable, not challenging. While not every process is perfect, overall the experience is satisfying and offers meaningful work. I appreciate the ‘no-email after hours’ policy. From the beginning, I’ve felt welcomed and supported in this company. This collaborative environment makes it easy to overcome challenges and learn quickly, especially when you're new to the team or a project. This approach offers some adaptability for employees when specific circumstances allow for remote work effectively. However, there’s little cross-functional collaboration, which can make things feel siloed and monotonous.

Working here has been a rewarding experience with ample opportunities for professional growth.
