Training is available and address all job-specific needs. The supportive environment here is outstanding, with a focus on employee well-being as well as patient safety. The work culture is respectful but somewhat hierarchical. Benefits and compensation are standard for the industry. Management communicates updates, but feedback isn’t always considered.
