The Fourteenth Judicial Circuit is located in the panhandle of Florida and serves Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington Counties. Our courthouses are located in Panama City, Blountstown, Port St. Joe, Bonifay, Marianna and Chipley. There are eleven Circuit Court judges and nine County Court judges hearing cases in this circuit.
