Most promotions are internal, but there’s little communication about how to move forward or improve performance.

I feel proud seeing the physical results of my work. Training offered and it is timely. Safety training is mandatory, but follow-through depends on supervisors. Leadership supports us in finding effective ways forward, creating a resilient and adaptive work environment.
