I’ve had several opportunities to upskill and take on new responsibilities. The social committee does an amazing job of keeping things fun and engaging. Couldn’t be happier with their performance. The benefits package and work-life balance policies are excellent. It’s a rare and valuable quality.

There's a healthy mix of routine and challenge. Their scale meant they had specialists for every requirement. Benefits and compensation are competitive, but the overall work lacks inspiration. As a parent, I feel incredibly supported. I have a great sense of pride in our work. I genuinely appreciate the investment in continuous learning and professional development opportunities provided. While I appreciate the structured work environment, I sometimes wish there were more opportunities for creativity or innovation. Work-life balance is respected, although peak seasons may bring added pressure.

Benefits are decent. There’s minimal encouragement to go beyond the role's scope, and though the environment is supportive, it can feel stagnant. I've learned so much since joining. Leadership seems cautious, which can make the work feel a bit repetitive over time. This has been crucial for my professional growth.
