The scale brings resources and opportunities districts can't match. Training initiatives are regular and relevant, enhancing skills. The culture values diversity and inclusivity, ensuring all voices are heard and respected.

Most importantly, there's a tangible culture of respect where educators are trusted as professionals. The team is generally professional, but response times vary. There’s a real sense of purpose in the work we do, making it incredibly rewarding each day. Support is not consistent, although sometimes it take time.
