Plenty of hours, though scheduling can be unpredictable. Everyone knows what they need to do, which leads to better coordination and fewer conflicts on site. Most promotions are internal, but there’s little communication about how to move forward or improve performance. Leadership promotes open communication and provides clear career paths.

Job stability is good, though feedback from management could be more consistent across different projects and teams.
