Most importantly, there's a tangible culture of respect where educators are trusted as professionals. Satisfying mission, but outdated systems hinder efficiency at times. Leadership support is hit or miss.
I appreciate the regular hours and generous paid leave policies. However, documentation and process delays sometimes cause minor frustrations. Working here has been an incredibly positive experience.
