No major complaints, but the onboarding process. Still, the team is respectful, and the expectations are clearly communicated.

Compensation is fair, and the benefits package is average. The transparent bonus structure is something I really appreciate. Transparent communication across all levels. The work environment is energetic and positive, with plenty of room to grow. My first week included a comprehensive orientation, assigned mentor, and gradual ramp-up of responsibilities. We are given paid volunteer days and opportunities to support local charities. The work is steady and manageable, but it doesn’t always allow for creative freedom. With great employees, they have the resources to handle volume but individual interactions felt transactional.

This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together. Benefits are adequate, and work hours are generally reasonable. What I love most is the positive company culture. Frequent team-building events enhance morale.
