The training doesn't stop after orientation - there are regular skills upgrades and safety refreshers. Consistent hours, respectful coworkers, and fair treatment from management make this a solid workplace. Compensation and benefits are competitive within the industry. The facility is organized and it is somehow modern. There’s pride in doing high-quality work.
