The commitment to customer satisfaction is clear. Some sites are well-managed, others need better coordination. However, leadership could engage more with field staff. We have a no blame culture when it comes to incident reporting and near-miss analysis. The company runs efficiently, but there’s little room for creativity or decision-making at the field level.
