Leaders make time for team engagement and encourage creative thinking. Managers are trained to coach and mentor, offering regular check-ins. Feedback is actively sought and used to make things better. Innovation isn’t a primary focus. I've worked here for over a year, and while it’s been a stable experience, I haven’t felt particularly inspired. For an organizational employees, the company does an impressive job of tailoring benefits to different needs.
