***This role requires to be onsite in the Norton, MA office.*** The Facilities and Equipment Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repair of mechanical refrigeration equipment and monitoring systems as well as maintenance of all facility support systems (electrical, generators, HVAC, etc.). Responsible for ensuring compliance with company equipment/system validation and maintenance program(s). As required will complete, coordinate and/or oversee simple to complex repairs for all repository mechanical refrigeration equipment and facility electrical and mechanical systems.
