Job Description Job Description Spine and sports rehabilitation: Pain Management in Islandia is an established practice for almost a decade with thousands of patients treated for numerous spine, sports and muculoskeletal pain management care. Working with a Medical Doctor- Physiatrist, a Physical Therapist, a chiropractor, massage therapist, and orthopedist, you will assist in the musculoskeletal care of approximately 10-20 patients per day. The Physician Assistant will be performing musculoskeletal assesment, ordering MRIs, performing trigger point and joint injections. We do not prescribe opiod medications in our office.
