Summary The Vice President of Enrollment Management & Student Affairs is administratively accountable for overseeing the University's enrollment management and student affairs. This includes directing and coordinating the functions of the deans and directors of admissions, the Blue Healer Student Success Center (BHSSC), student records, financial aid, and student affairs, while also incorporating input from other relevant services. Summary Peer Tutors will collaborate with Baptist University Faculty and staff of the Blue Healer Student Success Center to facilitate tutoring and academic support services. Under the supervision of the Student Support Services Supervisor, peer tutors will communicate with course instructors, course coordinators, Supplemental Instruction Leaders, and Baptist University students to identify needs, as applicable to students satisfying course outcomes and content objectives. In collaboration with Student Success Coaches, peer tutors will apply strategies for addressing students' learning needs.
