The factory is organized, safe, and productive. You won’t feel overworked, but don’t expect excitement either. Shift schedules vary, sometimes impacting work-life balance. I’ve enjoyed the challenges and support provided here. The training programs are exceptional, keeping us at the forefront of lean manufacturing and Industry 4. If you’re okay with standing and lifting, it’s a reasonable workplace.
