Event 360 is a wonderful place to work. All offices are remote and there is a strong culture of inclusion. Because Event 360 works mostly in the non-profit sector, salaries within the company trend lower than average. The beauty of this job is that you work with amazing and passionate people toward a world-improving goal. During event season there is considerable amount of travel with long working hours, but you are always supported. The event industry is very cyclical, so there tends to be a lot of lay-offs and rehires within the company depending on the success of the project. Overall, it is very rewarding work.

Great Company Good People. The company is a Event Production for non-profit charities. The only downside is if the company looses a huge client, employees jobs are not as secure.
My position at Event 360 was a remote position (work from home) but I never felt like I was an island. The team worked incredibly well together in the office and on the road on our events. Communication is never perfect but it was always done.
The culture and mission of the company make it a great place to work. If you believe in furthering the causes of not-for-profit organizations through event fundraising and production, this is the place for you.
This is a great company to work for. Everyone is very goal driven, but they don't lose the big picture of the direction and goals of the company. The one issue is job security and advancement. Recently there have been many structural changes in the company which makes the future look more hazy than when I started.
Event work is great, I love working for non profits. traveling for the job can take its toll but all and all life on the road is great.
Work for Event 360 was truly a blessing. Getting up each day was fun. I worked with some of the most amazing people around, each day we knew we were making a difference in so many lives. Management trusted each of us to work on our projects as we saw fit. They trusted that we would work within the guidelines of the client while delivering a unique and diverse program.
