The work is meaningful. The leadership team encourages learning and provides opportunities to take on new challenges. The work environment is positive and respectful, with strong collaboration and communication. The benefits are adequate, and the work-life balance is manageable.

I also appreciate the company’s commitment to diversity and sustainability. I’ve had several opportunities to upskill and take on new responsibilities. However, there’s little excitement in the day-to-day tasks. Good experience overall, and it is particularly inspiring or innovative.
