This has been one of the best companies I’ve worked for in manufacturing. The workplace culture is formal and professional but sometimes lacks flexibility and agility.

The validation documentation exceeded FDA audit requirements. Performance expectations are fair, but the pace can drag during seasons. This manufacturing plant runs like a well-oiled machine. Some are great at communicating, others stick strictly to policies and numbers. Benefits are decent, including health insurance and retirement plans. The work gets done efficiently, but there’s little emotional investment from the team. I feel secure and valued in my role.
