Training varies greatly depending on the foreman or crew. Coworkers are generally helpful, though coordination between trades can be inconsistent depending on the project manager. Equipment is well-maintained, and training is continuous. This creates a psychologically safe environment where issues can be addressed proactively, benefiting both employee well-being and overall construction project efficiency, which is very important. Crews are friendly, and management actually listens to our ideas and concerns.

Equipment is generally reliable, but some tools are outdated. This supportive social environment is a big part of why I enjoy coming to work on our construction sites each day now.
