You will lead EDI’s experienced team of certified recovery specialists and house managers to oversee client programming and daily operations of EDI’s licensed recovery house. As a member of EDI’s Quality Committee, the Director of Operations is responsible for improving client outcomes and ensuring that programs and facilities operate effectively to promote a healthy atmosphere of recovery. Reporting to the Executive Director, work is performed with considerable independence and in accordance with established standards, regulations, policies, and procedures.
