About Lasha
LASHA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting the well-being of the elderly in the greater Los Angeles area. In 1953-54 a small farsighted group of dedicated Sephardic men and women began to lay plans for the founding of a Sephardic home for the aged in Los Angeles, This small group (15 men and women) whose names follow, were founders of LASHA and their signatures appear on its charter:
