They are looking for someone who has solid experience in an HR management role, along with strong strategy, communication, leadership, and team-building skills. The HR Manager role is an onsite position with some flexibility. This is a client direct hire position. HR Manager Responsibilities: Coach and consult employees and leaders on critical HR processes as needed (e.g., staffing initiatives, onboarding, performance management, development planning, rewards planning, policy interpretation) Serve as a subject matter in employee relations to conduct investigations and lead cases to effective closure; advise managers on appropriate corrective actions. Recommend revisions to policies and practices to align with best practice Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws Manages payroll processes for plant hourly workforce. Review trends/ key people metrics and discuss/ address improvement opportunities
