The commercial litigation department focuses on pursuing state and federal court actions in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and elsewhere in the United States. Typical litigation includes partnership and shareholder disputes, commercial collections, breaches of commercial contracts, trade and competition matters, temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions.
