Job Description Job Description The Goldwater Institute seeks a Municipal Affairs Liaison to join our policy and government affairs team in our Phoenix office to ensure that local governments do not exceed their powers or intrude on Arizonans’ constitutional rights. This position will monitor the actions of major municipalities and the status of key issues across the state of Arizona; identify and filter issues of concern for possible action by our litigation and policy teams; and attend city council meetings, county meetings, school board meetings, and other public events.
