Job Description Job Description JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Business Partner is a rounded individual in all Human Resources functions. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR Department, recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation and training, HRIS system maintenance, benefits administration, worker’s compensation, and payroll. Will assist in other duties e.g., employee relations, policy implementation, FMLA/LOA and all other leaves, annual performance management affirmative action, and employment law compliance. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is highly preferred. A minimum of 3 years of proven HR experience in an exempt role is required. SHRM-CP and/or PHR, FPC, and/or CPP certifications
