Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: This position is assigned to all Chico Sites Under general supervision from the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Operations Manager works closely with Clinical Directors and Clinic Site Managers to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the agency in support of organization's mission within their region. Regional Operations Managers support their assigned teams to ensure consistent operations across sites and agency wide. This is a key leadership role responsible for motivating and inspiring support staff to optimize efficiencies and provide services in-line with NVIH Mission, Vision and Core Values.
