Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Adheres to all safety policies, procedures, and established practices, ensuring compliance among direct reports. Reports unsafe conditions or actions to supervisors or the Manager of Safety and Health. Oversees the safety practices of employees by providing regular training, development opportunities, reminders, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions. Implements and follows the Supervisor Safety Procedure Manual (SSPM), including safety training, emergency procedures, accident reporting, investigations, and employee observations. Ensures production staff comply with company policies, OSHA, MSHA, and NCDOT guidelines, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment per Sunrock, MSHA, and OSHA standards.
