Since 2005, RC Events has been providing party and event rentals to Northern Colorado and Wyoming to add the WOW! to events of all sizes. At RC Events, you can rent the tent top to the dance floor and everything in between, including chairs, tables, china, flatware, linens, décor, lighting, bars, heating, cooling, and much more, to make your occasion perfect. On the RC Events team, we are proud to have professional event rental specialists, event consultants and planners, audio/visual and lighting experts, and tent specialists in addition to our hardworking delivery and setup/takedown crews. Based out of two stores, Fort Collins and Boulder, we are the ideal size and located in the ideal places to provide the party and event rentals you need when you need them. When you meet with us to talk about your event, we will listen to everything you already know or have in mind about your event - the event type (wedding, corporate, festival of fair, fundraiser or gala, backyard party, green and eco-friendly), location, number of guests, desired theme, colors, etc. - and then we will offer up creative ideas to add the WOW! to your event and make it that much better. For example, we know that for the location and the theme you have chosen, this type of tent would be perfect with this tent ceiling liner and that style of lighting.
