Summer Fridays are a much-loved benefit! That extra half-day each week in the summer allows for more time with family and friends. Training programs exist but are rarely customized. The culture here is one of integrity, professionalism, and collaboration.

It’s not a standard policy for everyone but can be arranged with management. The projects are challenging and diverse, which keeps things interesting and allows skill development. The training and development opportunities are excellent. Training is standardized and somewhat basic. This exposure to different functions has broadened my skill set and helped me understand how all the pieces of our company fit together.
