Job Summary The KYAC Program Manager administers the daily activities of the Kansas Youth Advisory Council. The KYAC is designed to empower youth by having an organized structure to provide advice and recommendations concerning the child welfare system in Kansas and nationally. The Program Manager will manage program deliverables and outcomes, including engagement with youth in foster care to develop an advisory board.
