The high level of skill and dedication from my colleagues constantly pushes me to improve my own craft. I’ve had the chance to contribute to high-profile campaigns and nationally recognized projects. However, the environment doesn’t feel especially innovative. I’ve worked on meaningful projects and received support from a management team that listens.

Leadership is accessible and transparent, fostering trust and engagement. The team environment is generally cooperative, and leadership tries to maintain transparency, though messaging isn’t always clear. Benefits are strong, including health plans and wellness programs. Their transparent reporting gives us insights we never had with previous agencies.

Training programs exist but vary widely in quality. It’s empowering to produce meaningful work that both entertains and informs large, diverse audiences. I feel inspired by the work we do and the talented people I work with daily. Overall, a balanced yet modest experience. Bureaucracy occasionally delay in decision-making.
