Shoreline Psychotherapy & Behavioral Healths (SPBH) philosophy incorporates a variety of theories and practices designed to maximize the clients personal growth. Our dual focus is on both the individual and the systems within which they function: their families, their communities, and their mental healthcare process. Working through both an individual and systemic lens allows us to grasp a greater understanding of how and why challenges manifest, and how best to facilitate change. Our clinicians and counselors adopt a directive, solution-oriented style of therapeutic intervention, with a focus on restoring and creating functional balance. Clients and our professionals collaborate to develop tangible action plans. Monitoring and support are fundamental to the process as clients progresses toward achieving their goals. Phase 1, The Early Phase, is characterized by joining and rapport. The client and SPBH staff will establish comfort and familiarity in communication, while working toward strengthening trust that respect and confidentiality will be maintained throughout the therapeutic process. SPBH will remain committed through these challenging periods of the clients work and support them to stay the course toward achieving their established goals. Phase 3, The Late Phase, is characterized by reflection and understanding. After processing through the difficult phase, clients will develop insight ...

The role may consist of product development and product marketing, which are different (yet complementary) efforts, with the objective of maximizing sales revenues, market share, and profit margins. Product management also involves elimination decisions. Product elimination begins with the identification of elimination candidates, proceeds with the consideration of remedial actions, continues with a projection of the impact on the business as a whole if a candidate product is eventually eliminated, and concludes with the implementation stage, where management determines the elimination strategy for an item. The product manager is often responsible for analyzing market conditions and defining features or functions of a product and for overseeing the production of the product. The role of product management spans many activities from strategic to tactical and varies based on the organizational structure of the company. To maximize the impact and benefits to an organization, Product management must be an independent function separate on its own.
