GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Paints and repairs walls, doors, ceilings, and other internal and external objects. Provide back-up for the Service Technician/Apprentice. Hourly Pay Range: $22-$26/hour. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Managed by the Community Director, Senior Community Director, Service Team Mgr, Lead Service Manager or a Service Manager SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Mix, match, and apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives. Scrape, sandpaper, prime, or seal surfaces prior to painting. Cover surfaces and furniture to protect them from paint and remove splattered paint. Maintain tools and equipment and ensure that they are in proper working order by cleaning and caring for brushes, spray guns, and other equipment.
