Projects are well-managed, and collaboration is genuinely encouraged across departments. However, the culture is reserved. Projects are exciting and varied, offering continuous learning opportunities. While we are all driven to succeed, there isn't a culture of working excessive hours. Their vision for the company is clear and motivating. Little things like good coffee and comfortable common areas make a difference in the day-to-day experience for everyone here.

Training exists, but its quality depends on department. Training is available but largely self-guided. The company offers wellness stipends that can be used for gym memberships or other health-related activities. The people I met were genuinely interested in finding the right fit, not just filling a seat.
