TalkBack was founded in 2003 by Ashley Morris, MSP, CCC-SLP to provide quality speech and language therapy services to children. In 2007, we began providing speech, language, and feeding therapy in the Tri-cities and surrounding areas of East Tennessee. In 2008, we opened our Kingsport office followed by the opening of our Johnson City clinic in 2010. In 2011, we expanded our services to include Pediatric Occupational and Physical Therapy services in both of our Kingsport and Johnson City offices. Since then, we added a third location in Elizabethton. In addition to our clinical offices, we offer limited home therapy visits and provide contract services to several local school systems. Our therapists are board certified and licensed in the state of Tennessee and provide a diverse range of expertise in pediatric therapy and development.
