Don't work with nor for Taskrabbit. Very unjust with their decisions. Take long to handle situations. They don't look out for taskers. Taskrabbit doesn't have taskers best interest at heart

The app for Taskers is so glitchy and their support is non existent.My skills disappear randomly, the app adds availability I didn’t consent to and I’ve had a client try and underpay me by booking me in the wrong task category.Support was to tell me to reinstall my app (no joke, I got the same email five times).It could be good for flexibility, but I would task at your own risk

If you like working without being supervised, this is the right company for you. Working as a house cleaner with Task Rabbit gave me confidence after working with such a horrible company previously. No more headaches or stress from management. I show up, do a five star job, receive great reviews and tips, get paid on time, and have peace of mind. I highly recommend working here.

They routinely steal credit card information and sell it on the dark web. This company is a huge scam!! They routinely steal from customers and you will receive fraud charges left and right. They are unethical and do not respect the employees or the customers in any way. They will be on the news very soon.

TaskRabbit was a great experience for me. I got to create my own schedule. See the city and meet some great people. There were some drawbacks like rude clients and only being able to communicate with the company via email. You could only call them in case of an emergency.

If I could give zero star I would, I am shamed as a tasker. I had been a tasker for 6 month. I used to do several two tasker work.as a second tasker I have not got payment information and history. I had contacted customer support team for two month. They could not provide payment deposit record. My missing payment at least $400 they do not care. There are always payment problems During I worked for TaskRabbit .I do not work for TaskRabbit anymore.Quote their answer from email “I apologize for the inconvenience, however we cannot provide any further proof of disbursement. For your safety and security, we do not store this information and cannot access it.I recommend you talk to your bank if you have any further questions regarding the receipt of this payment, as I have provided all the available information showing when we disbursed this payment.” Ridiculous reason

Task rabbit is a fast paced compettitve online service designed to help the general public with tasks they otherwise wouldnt do themselves. the rates are self applied and deducted at end of each job.

I have been a tasker for about 5 months now and I have had ISSUE after ISSUE.Including getting my money from TR, clients not paying, clients reporting me for over charging them even though they agreed to my rates before they booked me for the jobs, TR taking my tips,Bad support centre.Overall it feels as though TR are doing everything for the clients and nothing for the taskers
