Benefits are average, and while the workload is balanced, the career growth path isn’t always clear. In my five years here, I've been promoted twice and taken on increasingly challenging projects. Projects often shift priorities with little notice. Little things like good coffee and comfortable common areas make a difference in the day-to-day experience for everyone here.
