Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales growth and strategic leadership within the medical billing or related healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating the complexities of healthcare financial services and possess a deep understanding of the market dynamics. Your role will involve strategizing and executing sales plans, developing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
• Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the sales team to achieve sales objectives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients to expand our market share.
• Coordinate with marketing, support, and product development teams to enhance product service offerings.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of sales management experience, specifically in medical billing or healthcare-related fields.
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the healthcare industry.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
