Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales growth and strategic leadership within the medical billing or related healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in navigating the complexities of healthcare financial services and possess a deep understanding of the market dynamics. Your role will involve strategizing and executing sales plans, developing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
- Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to the sales team to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements:
