What You’ll Do:
As a Rental Service Technician II, you will be responsible for providing project support for incoming and outgoing rental projects. Helps ensure shop cleanliness and organization. Provides evaluation, maintenance, and repair services for rental blower and compressor packages at the company rental depot in Atlanta.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
Requirements
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
Experience: 3 years of related experience. Experience must include a minimum of 3 years in a direct customer service role.
Functional Skills: Must have electrical and/or electronic education or experience with wiring, electric motors, variable frequency drives, and/or control panels; troubleshooting; customer service mindset; high attention to details and ability to evaluate root cause failure analysis and implement effective strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
Technology Aptitude/Skills: Basic MS Office is required. Experience with Business Center is preferred.
Language Skills: Advanced verbal and written communication skills; able to present to groups and educate/train others.
Leadership/Behaviors: Strong customer-focus.
