Job Description

The Aircraft Inspector II oversees part installation and inspects adjustments or modifications to existing parts. Inspects aircraft, aircraft systems, equipment, and parts to ensure safe flying and conformance to specifications and government regulations and procedures. Being an Aircraft Inspector II requires a high school degree, a flight inspector license. Performs preflight and post flight inspections identifying any breach of standards for safe flight. In addition, Aircraft Inspector II typically reports to a supervisor. Working as an Aircraft Inspector II typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
