Job Description

The Inside Sales Development Senior Supervisor utilizes marketing and field sales insights to understand customers' unique needs, market conditions, and competitors. Oversees the daily activities of sales representatives with an assigned territory or portfolio of existing customers that primarily conduct remote sales calls. Being an Inside Sales Development Senior Supervisor selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Implements sales strategies and supporting activities, including renewals, special offers, and discounts. In addition, Inside Sales Development Senior Supervisor monitors team progress towards meeting targets and provides strategic coaching in selling and relationship-building skills. Typically requires an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Inside Sales Development Senior Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as an Inside Sales Development Senior Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
