Utilizes production techniques such as graphics, viewer pictures, or webcam interviews. In addition, Video Producer may build show rundowns, write copy, select & pre-edit video. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to department head. Being a Video Producer gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
